I am wondering if anyone knows information about instant tickets. Like how are they distributed and how are the winning tickets printed in such a way that they are equally distrbuted over the length of the life of that particular scratch off. How are they distributed and how are the winning tickets printed. If 20 million tickets are printed up are they all printed at once etc etc . How does this system work. Thank you
