			<description><![CDATA[<p>Whenever I cash a ticket I always tell the clerk how much it is for. Also, you do not have to have the clerk check the ticket. Just ask for a printout of that days numbers and check them yourself.</p>]]></description>

So when you call a calling center that is in India you will be talking to a Robert, Bill, Paul or Peters. you will not hear them us etheir real names anymore because American companies are adamant about using more American names to not insult Americans when they call. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Even if you sign the tickets, only matters when it is worth more than 600 dollars and you have to go to the lottery office to claim it. Otherwise small amounts can be claimed by the local stores with or without signatures. I now also send the tickets in through the mail but i do not go to the stores any more to cash them in.</p>]]></description>

It was known as Peters because the man that owned the building was named peters and he had a store there in his hey day named Peters. so we still called it Peters but that was not the name after he leased the store but kept the building. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I live in the Bronx and have the same problem. Especially with them accidentally giving me the wrong change back. That&#x27;s why I only go to one particular store to cash my tickets and even still I check online to see how much I have won, AND I scan my tickets at the scanner near the door before I go up to the counter. Its just the way the world is these days. People will rip you off and not think twice about it even while claiming to be your friend.</p>]]></description>
