I been playing the same #set on JC5 for over 10 years,

had 3/5 more times than i can remember, had 4/5 once,

now for that elusive 5/5

after that I'll be playing QPs or changing #s a lot.

$2 is a waste in order to win at least $20 million? That's enough for me, even $1 for $7 million. It makes me wonder what these people need tens of millions for.

Besides, I'd rather have my money in every draw to increase chances than to waste more in a single draw.

Don't fix it and you'll get it. That combination, as a whole, is still in there. I only told 'ridge that he could probably adjust his numbers a tad bit because the WHOLE COMBINATION was drawn already and unlikely to be drawn a second time. This may work for you as well, however, that whole combination has yet to be drawn. Best of luck, man!!!

Man, 'ridge!! I really hate that for you, but at least you were actually playin' your numbers consistently on every draw...which seems to have paid off. You know how I feel about consistency. Good job, and, you can probably keep playin' those same basic numbers along with a small variation and hit again in the near future. It has happened before.

Hmmmm, okay. Well, the definition of a small jackpot is really left to the personal interpretation of the player in question. Agree? For player A , $20 million is the end of it...they've finally won the BIG ONE and all their financial issues are solved. Should of had 2+1 w/megaplier on Fri, but i got detoured from the bank thanks to a Storage unit fire, and i only had a buck to buy a ticket. The 30$ would of been nice to reinvest. Typical head shaker day.

It is funny when people say $20, $40, and even $80 million is too small to play for. I understand the astronomical odds of winning and that it is better toinvest for retirement than to hope for a lottery win funding one's retirement. However, I am sure most people typically have some sort of hobby or vice that they spend more than $25 per month. That weekly happy hour likely runs more than $10 bucks a sit. In addition to the big games, I play all my states games, which hover anywhere from $1-5 million, still a life changing sum of money.

I don't really see it that way.

I pick my own numbers, but wouldn't feel bad if they came up and I didn't play. I won't play for small Jackpots, so I shouldn't be upset if my numbers came up in a draw I wouldn't have played in anyway.

I played the same 5 numbers on Cash5 in Virginia for 48 days in a row, day and night on a Multi-Draw ticket.

All 5 numbers came in on the 49th day, the day it expired.

Would've been $100 thousand.

That sucked.

I see it as going either way but, I can't personally fathom having a dedicated set of numbers because I'm then obligated to playing them on every single draw. While it may seem like a long shot, those same numbers, which are seared into the player's memory, will be instantly recognized in the event they're drawn and not played by the person in question. I can see such a thing imposing a tremendous mental impact on a person.

PTW - you know... lots of businesses sell out because they have hit the ceiling that that particular management style/system/family can take it or WILL take it to. while VS ended up being worth billions, I suppose the question really is: would it have had mr. bridge-jumper-man still owned it? and 5M$ being child's play... I have always been told that I am a child at heart, so I would be more than happy to net 5M$ or even gross it.

I would be devistated if my numbers came up and it happened to be the ONE time I didnt play that game (pb or mm). Thusly I play each draw. And because I self-select my numbers, and don't want the lottery gremlins to decide against my numbers, I try to purchase my tickets close to draw time. It's a hobby.

The odds of a combo of your numbers being drawn when you don't play are the same as they are when you do play but when you don't play quick picks, odds are your quick picks wouldn't 't have matched the winning numbers either but I'm only guessing because you can't know what your quick picks are until after you buy them.

I play both MM and PB in every drawing... it's a combo of my numbers and quick picks. I've wondered if someone didn't play that drawing and their numbers came up, must suck I guess.
