That screen is written in American English. Basically you understand it unless you are Chinese

So I go into Edit the Macro. Copy the contents and paste it where? I can't always see all of the macro steps when I open it in VB. Just the first part of it. That screen looks like chinese to me.

I read the instructions. But when I got there it looked like chinese to me. I could not grasp the concept.
