thats why unified scratchoffs are better the only difference is that you might not have a lot of them like: 10 out of the 50 kinds of scratchoffs that a state/country has might be unified, just 10...

Im with you dr65,why would anyone who lives here want to have someone in a foreign country win one of our jackpots or larger prizes in the U.S.?

Many countries have their own lotteries and some look great, I think the hassell of unifying the systems would be harder than what its worth.

The states already have enough unity going on within their own cities, counties, townships when it comes to instant tickets.

South Korea?? Mexico?? Why stop there? Throw in some other countries and we can all be one big, happy, international scratching family.

Personally, the idea of someone winning one of the few added top prizes with an expansion measure such as yours doesn't thrill me in the least bit.
