Thanks for that mathematical determination Ronnie! Obviously you must have calculated the average stride length, at a constant pace, to figure

out that monumental distance. Didn't realize that mini-Hearse had a slower pace. Wonder if we can convince maxi-Hearse to slow em' down for

awhile, and give the little guy a break.

Well....yes, an acre or two would be devoted to zinnias! But more so, for a few goats, cows, horses and chickens. Perhaps a turkey or two. But most of all, a wonderful garden to putter in. ....and the serenity of knowing the neighbors are not sitting right up on you.

While I wouldn't spend several millions on a mansion, with $29M to spend I wouldn't settle for a run down shack needing a new roof situated in a junk yard either. There are plenty of construction companies in my area offering a nice selections of custom build home on your lot for well under a half million dollars that I would probably opt for.

Buying a mansion would not only require spending a lot of money to acquire it but paying a lot of real estate taxes and spending money on a small crew of people to maintain it as long as you owned it. It's a great way to get rid of a lot of money fast if you have it but a waste of it if you don't enjoy that life style.

If you are looking for a rental in Chicago you may want to try the West Humboldt Park area. You could easily get 10-12 room mates to take care out things while you are out traveling.

I spend my lazy down-time browsing Trulia for expensive homes in the area, the most I'd spend is $5m. The main reason is size, I don't need something with any more than 4 bedrooms, which keeps prices somewhat down. I would likely be spending less than $1.3m on my first home, but overall $5m is the max for a mansion .

hardwood floors, new carpet, new countertops.

all things that are going to be done anyway, but now could be done right away.

thought about a man cave but we are only using half the house as it is.
