something you could do if you want is whenever you have the: $1 billion dollar lotto and lets say you raise: $300 million from that lotto you let the: $1 billion dollars earn interests until whenever Christmas comes in total you will gather like: $340 million or $370 million dollars every year that could go into: Virtual Reality Research right there in India and China, if you like....for the world seem to have lost interest in Virtual Reality going several decades now...

to the USA lottery, i dont know if you want to do this, just thought i mention it...if you was to take every: $80 that they win in pick3 box and give it to the customer 1 day late and place it in the bank to earn interests for that 1 day, nationally you will raise between: $113 million and $226 million dollars every year nationally...

i was thinking those: .2 from the: $14.2 Billion dollars a year that the USA Scratchoffs lotteries raise each year [which is: $200 Million dollars a year] could go into creating a Professional American Woman Rugby Teams League/Association, made up of many american women rugby teams where each player earns: $100,000 a year....

i think a professional male hockey player for example makes: $200,000 a year so this is not that bad...
