East Coast States Missing Digits July 9, 2012

In looking at the midday draw results for the east coast states (get out the map if you do not know the east coast states) I see that in the second position the digit 4 didnot appear. Also in the third position the digits 1, 2, 4 didnot appear.

You can go with trying to get straight hits or perhaps boxed hits. Play singles or doubles. You can also apply this set of missing digits to tomorrow's midday draws.
