			<description><![CDATA[<p>In looking at the midday draw results for the east coast states (get out the map if you do not know the east coast states) I see that in the second position the digit 4 didnot appear. Also in the third position the digits 1, 2, 4 didnot appear.<br /><br />You can go with trying to get straight hits or perhaps boxed hits. Play singles or doubles. You can also apply this set of missing digits to tomorrow&#x27;s midday draws.</p>]]></description>
