A lot of the games are that way. Even some of the $2 games only have 4 top prizes. IT seems like they are trying to make more profit because of the short falls. A lot of the new games are real stingy with payouts. I go to stores that hang their winning tickets and I have yet to see any store hang up a Red Hot Cherries ticket worth over $100. That game actually has good odds of winning $500 but I have yet to see one in this area. I think they are just trying to make more money but we keep playing... [ More ]

The last 2 new $20 scratchoffs for the GA lottery only have 2 top prizes. Where in the past there was anywhere from 15-30. At least 5 for sure.

2 top prizes. They really are like the mafia now, skimming from the top and the bottom. If u think about it, Less top prizes is PURE PROFIT.

Its really going to chance how often I play now. Most games if theres only 2 prizes left I wont even touch it.
