Technically both PB and MM are OK state games and multi-state games because OK pays all the secondary prizes. I'm pretty sure they mean winning the jackpot on the same day, but some draw their state jackpot games on a different night.

I'm sure plenty of people have gotten a 0 + 1 prize on the multi-state game and 2 of 6 (good for a free QP) on their home state's game. Nothing to make headlines about, though.
