It is all a possibility. I cannot predict for an individual state. You would have to look at how long it has been since the digit 1 has appeared in what position.

Good Afternoon from Wisconsin, I was wondering if we should keep the 1 digit for today as well, yesterday our number was 2-0-7 and I am seeing 1's in my workouts. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
