			<description><![CDATA[<p>This website&#x27;s results page and the D.C. Lottery webpage both give two different Pick-3 and Pick-4 numbers for each midday drawing between June 29, 1998 and October 31, 1998. For example, the day draw results for October 31, 1998 is listed as both 398 and 022 for the Pick-3 and 7308 and 4612 for the Pick-4.<br /><br />I&#x27;m just wondering why that is. Did the D.C. lottery maybe run a promotion where they drew two midday numbers each day at that time</p>]]></description>
