			<description><![CDATA[<p>I just took a look at Belgium Pick 3 draws and what I saw is very interesting.<br /><br />Their doubles appear consistently much more frequently than average which is 27%.<br /><br />For example, period ending Aug 30/12 - last 15 30 draws doubles 46%, last 50 draws - 44%.<br /><br />Amazing consistency for such an extended period of time. I&#x27;ve seen spikes in doubles over 40%<br /><br />before but they were generally short lived.<br /><br />Now, my question is for those on LP who actively play or only observe Belgium Pick 3 -<br /><br />have y... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/250245">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
