			<description><![CDATA[<p>After a few weeks on this website I am learning my way around and seeing there are a lot of good people on here willing to help others. I appreciate the ones spending time to run all these systems and posting the numbers for all of us and sharing advice with us newer ones. I play all the Texas drawings and scratch off games , mostly concentrating on pk3 and daily4 drawings. Now to my question. Does it seem that more unusual stuff happens with the Texas drawings than other States?
