First you would need to figure out how much money you need to payout for those prizes and then figure if enough players would be willing to spend twice that much since the states have these games to raise an equal amount of money for themselves.

only prob i see with this bonus jackpot game, is as you say what about unclaimed prizes? could make it the claim period is a calender month,. and Any unclaimed money, rolls down to the next month, say by march 1, then just roll down to lower lower tiered winners. so if it carried forward for 4 draws without going off. then 5+b would win all the jackpot money and would all be over by end of march , april 1 if ther was still unclaimed money, the state g... Tickets prices have to gradually get to $100. Kinda like coca-cola started with a 6 oz. bottle and now sells 2 liter bottles. Besides, when losing tickets are in vogue people will love to have 100 @ $1. each. lol.

the uk version of euro millions has a lotto with jackpot, and a $1 mill rafffle both rolled into the same draw.

even if the jackpot isnt won someone gets the $1m raffle 2 times a week. during the olympics they had 100 $1 m winners in the raffle.

pricey game, yea, as its actually 2 a line, but its getting a mix of bothe lotto and raffle.
