EstyzBalln, i was trying to say i only like to spend $60 cash (or pull three tickets without a winner per day) but if i come across any $20, $50 or $75 winners i keep playing. so i go thru a decent number of tickets i just try stay under that $100 mark because that's the largest winner you will hit most of the time. Yaaaaa I dunno eddie the frequency of the $100 winners your posting suggest a number more around like 10 a day, if your going at 3tix a day that would be 90tix a month which would be equal to around 3 booklets a month for a $20 ticket. People or groups of people who play instant games aggressively and frequently can go through 3 booklets in a day or two and would be considered lucky to pull out 4-6 $100 winners but you seem to get that amount in a 7 day week, which would be 21-tix by your 3 day

thanks swampmon, i try to limit myself to 3 tickets per day, because unless your real lucky $100 is probably the best you'll do on any given day. so when you see me post a $100 winner, i need those to survive in order to keep me in the game and hopefully come across that big winner. as for ticket numbers, i have won on 00 and on 29, there are only 30 tickets in a $20 book. went out to get my morning tickets and caught a $100 winner on a $20 cash bonanza ticket and another $100 winner on a $5 birthday suprise ticket. I usually like try to bring my tickets home and take the picture for LP and cash them the next time i go back to the store but sometimes i just can't wait and cash um on the spot.

the twenty dollar books here have only 30 tickets and i have won on various ticket numbers. i see people at my local store asking what number the tickets are on but in my opinion i don't think that certain ticket numbers are better than others. i would rather see someone play a few tickets in a row, more like ten on a dollar book and like three on a twnety dollar book. i think that give you a better chance of coming across a winner though the amount might not be as much as you like. but you neve... That sounds pretty good. In Texas, a roll of scratchers used to have a guarantee of about 50% of the cost of the roll. Now they rarely have a guarantee of half. I had considered buying a roll but since they cut the prize guarantee I just stick to the draw games.

side note: i happened to by buying my tickets today and there were some il. lottery employees in the store. and they were talking to the owner saying the next batch of twenty dollar ticket books that come out (30 tickets per book/ $600 a book) would have $300 worth of winning tickets per book which is more than they usually do. I don't know exacly if i can do anything with that information but i found it interesting. any thoughts

I have won more from the machines but i would only say that beacuse i tend to buy more from them the i do from a clerk. that being said my $1,000 winner was from a clerk. one thing i suggest on these $20 tickets is to play more than one. i usually start with one and play from the smae book till i win somthing. I don't think i have played thru more than once thru five tickets without altelast there being a twenty dollar winner. Good Luck to you.

funny you ask that, i get them from the same store all the time. the are the #1 lottery ticket seller in my area and have two machines plus tickets behind the counter. they have never had an insty winner over five grand, so i my mind i think they are due. that being said i was thinking about branching out to other stores in my area.

that is a new game, i have only played 5 tickets and haven't won anything. the store where i play has a $250 winner on display and a couple of $100 winners i've heard about. I looked at the odds and i think you are giving up a lot of $20 winners/free ticket chances for those big prizes so i haven't played too many. i've been playing mostly the gold bullion game and i seem to win $20 prizes often which allows me to keep playing and hopefully come across a big winner.

i've been playing the IL. $20 30 dollar games since the start of the year. I usually play two tickets or so a day and if i get a small win of $20 to $50 i buy more tickets till i win a $100 prize or lose it all back buying more tickets.

so i have won lots of $20 $30 winners, the break even prizes and buy more tickets.

my biggest wins were $400 $225
