That 9-11 Attack brought so much terror not only in the United States, but also around the world. I pray for the souls of those who died on the World Trade Center Attack. I couldn't forget that day when I was watching CNN and saw the video of the 1st building on fire. When the second plane crashed to the 2nd building and minutes later both buildings was on fire. Then both crashed, like there was a building demolition going on.

True, very true.

But it''s also true that in the weeks just prior to 911 an incredible amount of shorting U.S. airline stocks (not US Airways, but all U.S. passenger aviation companies) was going on.

Let's just say that was very suspicious that so many investors would put their money on airline stocks losing value.

A rather recent report said that 16 of the 19 hijackers should have never been admitted into the country.

Then there was the flight sachool in Florida - three Middleeastern men, with accents, show up, want flight lessons and do not want to learn how to land, the school owner reports it, and it falls on deaf ears?

I am from Cali, but I don't believe the nonsense like US ploy over 9/11.

What really happened was most likely to be bureaucratic mishap in the intelligence departments. They handle tens of thousands of info every day and many of them slipped through. Maybe the hijacking ploy sounded too far fetched so it slipped through. It happens all the time and back then no one in the anti-terrorist unit in my base were surprised by 9/11.

thats when the 2nd tower was hit.

My daughter had a freind that worked at the towers, he missed work that day cause he had a hangover.

Ridge is due to say any minute see what drinking can do for you!.

I didn't know it was on TV live when the 2nd tower was hit. I still don't know what was on TV duirng the time I was trying to get home.

Yea, I remember I was at home recovering from a back operation,

I was so sick from the drugs that when i woke up and moved to the sofa,

i did'nt even turn on the tv as was my routine. my daughter came in the house and said turn on theTv something bad happened in NY.

I put the TV on just in time to see the 2nd tower hit.

I remember where I was when:

the space shuttle exploaded, at work and did'nt have the radio on a customer told me minutes after it happened

yea I used to love the movie Red Dawn (which is being remade) but have not watched it since.

I am glad for your cousin. Never hesitate to get out of a building, etc. Keep moving. You can always telll the people who were in DC or NY on 9-11 when a fire alarm goes off...we are the first out the door....ha ha

I remember being back on the subway/metro two days later. It was so eerily silent you could literally feel all the hearts breaking.

Very eerie. The weather today in New England is nearly identical to that day 11 years ago.

Not a cloud in the sky, bright blue skies, temp's approaching 50 degrees.

Hard to believe it's been 11 years already.
