It's only 2%...Most people who have sense aren't going to jump right up before putting together a financial team or plan for that matter and say yeah I won everyone come bother me LOL...but yeah there has been about three big winners left on the table in the past 10 years...77 mil, 51 mil and 23 mil....bet those people who had the tickets never even knew they won.....at least I hope not...talking about kicking yourself hehehehe
