I'm pretty sure there's no tampering with the machines outside of the pre-tests, official draw, and post tests. Hell, they actually draw the balls up (5) times prior to an official draw so what's the purpose behind a post draw? If it doesn't happen within that many draws, it ain't gonna happen. Like you, I write 'em off as straight up because it just doesn't require all that to select (1) ball from (3) different containments...and they know it as well. I concur.

I have my reservations about the true intent with pre-tests, and as Todd mentioned, and so did you, Post-tests. I wasn't even aware of post-tests. ha ha

Could they be conducting mid-in-between-tests between the pre and post tests? How about mid-mid-opaque-freeze dried-Zambolies. what ever they are ha ha

But yes, you have a firm grasp on the situation and i would whole heartedly agree.

As Todd stated, all the states conduct pre and post tests to allegedly promote fairness, randomness, and to ensure that the machines are working properly. While this may be true, all those pre-tests can throw a wrench into specific types of systems depending on what the player is leaving out based on history, regularity, etc. It can hurt or help and you won't know until after the official draw.

Just like some of the shops here in Florida and other states which haven't passed the legalization for the sweet leaf, yet they're allowed to sell all kinds of paraphernalia for it. Go figure.

I only ask because I remember someone saying there was one state that didn't do it, but i may have misunderstood. I wanted to try out my Fibonacci system with draws that weren't influenced by pre-tests and post-tests to see If i could get more accurate predictions. Maybe I'll do it with your random number generator in LP.

Aren't Cuban cigars illegal in the states

I'm pretty certain they all do pre-tests, because it is a standard part of the audit that ensures the machines are working before and after each draw.

Speaking of which, are you aware that there are post-test draws also? I'm not sure if they all do post-tests, but I have definitely seen some cases where they are conducted. Louisiana does a Pre-Test the state does not Post results on Louisiana Lottery Site .. If , you want to know Pre-Test results you must go to the Louisiana Lottery Office its self and watch the Pre-Test Draw and Draw on the RNG Computer daily .
