this is based on MO history. it effects the entire CDT and connects everyone else. example, if u live in Kentucky and u have a set here, that connects u, which KY is connected by MO. by KY being in the EDT, that opens your region. CA/OR brings in the MDT has ties to MO, IL OH. blah, blah, and that is the skinny on the connections within the chart.
