One way to narrow it down some, gotta figure 1 or possibly 2 #'s from the previous draw will repeat. If it's 1 # we can then

use 0-9 for the last #. But that's 40 #'s to play if you use all 4 as the 3rd #, and that's just for 1 double... too many at the

store. We need a way to narrow down the 4th #.
