I got a couple...when I buy a ticket and the clerk says Good Luck ....LOL crazy huh? also if i do a playslip and I put my self-selected numbers before the computer and the computer picks most of my numbers for the quick pick..so now I check the quick pick box then I self select my numbers..

Here's another whammy for me, numbers that 'have to be played'.

For example, the other day a friend had sent me a book in the mail and I noticed the postage on it was $3.31

I sent a book out and the postage was $3.31

Later I picked up two tjoings at a grocery store and the receipt said, You saved $1.33

331, 331, 133....have to play that, right?

Didn't hit.

Here is a whammy. Playing a number str8 for two weeks, then seeing it come out boxed, thinking hey that might be a sign , and still not playing it.

Also when i go to the store and say I want Number games, 1 dollar str8, 007. and the clerk says three numbers or four numbers.

Boy I think thats a jinx.

Whammies are the little gremlins that live in the lotto machine and make the 9 come out when you want a 6.

Also a whammy could be when you get to the Lottery store with 5 minutes before the cutoff and there are 10 people online in front of you playing quick draw.

What is a 'whammy' for you?

By that I mean kind of like a jinx, but not exactly. Not exactly mystical, not exactly superstitious, either.

One for me is playing the same set of numbers on two different games, it seems they just 'cancel' each other out and never result in any kind of payoff.
