			<description><![CDATA[<p>In the Ninth Siddhi technique, all in the group would be meditating and using the super radiance effect to improve their predictions. As far as I know, none these Lottery Post&#x27;s posters are using the Ninth Siddhi technique. Still, I thought I would put together a worksheet. Can we verify each other&#x27;s lottery predictions?
