I am in Nashville and it seems lottery is popular here. I am sure there are parts of town where it is not played as much, but for the most part I think people are out there playing.

Part of the problem, to me, is the lottery doesnt really try to mix things up often.

They used to run promotions where you buy $5 worth of powerball, you get a free cash 3 or cash 4 ticket, or the like.

Don't know what you think you're getting at, but his spelling is just fine. Tennessee is spelled correctly, and aside from one misuse of your where he should have used you're and a couple of missing apostrophes, I didn't see much for the spelling police to harp on.
