Buying multiple lines with a lottery stop loss limit in place is a great way of playing the lottery.

It is one person winning huge amount of money what is attractive and enticing, and then even the poorest invest their dollar, without realizing that profits are made off of people who spends $1, because they practically never win (percentage vise). Because of it, I say, never play $1, spend $10 at once or play with the group.

I myself was thinking that time might matter, when I won little sum after getting ticket at 8:30 PM. If lottery company adjusts the results, then those tickets that got in after work day is over, can have chance of not being selected out, because no one is at the office! That could be one reason. Another reason could be that they favor customers that will potentially buy more tickets, so those are mostly people who works, and they buy tickets after work day is over. Why not try 5:30pm if 5:30am isn't working for you?

I don't believe there is a 'better time' for putting your bets in...a better way but not a better time. It's either a winner

or it's not..doesn't matter if it is 12am, 3pm or 11pm UNLESS of course you are running late, then you better get

them in before cut off time.....that is the only time a 'better time' would apply - when you should have gotten them

in 5 minutes earlier.

If by draw you meant buy then no one has researched it. As long as you buy them before the terminals shut down for the particular drawing you want them for, you're probably OK. The times can vary by state and game.

I have read of members employing this element as a part of their overall lottery strategy and this is utilized primarily by the QPers. There is a school of thought that last minute plays work best. I don't know that any in this grouping has ever bothered to track their success in this regard or it remains all anecdotal.
