			<description><![CDATA[<p>Our lottery doesnt even have a grid. You have to call and ask questions about each ticket. However since we are in the smallest state, there are not that many games here or top prizes. You would definitely win a jackpot here if you played with the number of tickets you buy. The game I play for example, Lucky Times 20, is a 20 dollar ticket with 52 top prizes of 20k. They only printed 306,000 tickets. There were 52 top prizes, and 10 prizes of 1000. That buys around 960,000 tickets a day odds for $1M win - 1 in 687,772 . There have been four $1M wins in that 37 day period . Why not more $1M wins ?
