I gave approximate odds when any 3 digit combo should repeat. The random pick-4 drawings seldom match probability and in some a player might find where a 3 digit combo repeats every seven drawings.

There are 120 non-repeating three digit combos and 90 doubles. Since each of these four digit combos has 4 three digit combos, statistically three digits should repeat once out of every 22.5 drawings. Including trips, double-doubles, and quads, probably about once every 23 drawings.

Hopefully someone will give you a math answer. a practical answer is it varies a lot. for instance in ky pick4 midday this has occured 12 times in last 205 games . the longest skip was 58 games followed immediately by 44 games. if you get rid of those two then the average skiip is 9

in the evening game this has occured only 7 times in last 205 games and avg skip is 27

I start looking for them when the skip is above 25 and a lot more serious when the skip is above 35

In a pick 4 game what is the frequency that 3 numbers from the previous draw will repeat (not necessarily in the same order). Thanks in advance
