			<description><![CDATA[<p>Questions<br /><br />Who collects the wins?<br /><br />How are wins divided, I mean, who mails the checks?<br /><br />What stops someone from agreeing to participate, and then runs off with the prize?<br /><br />I think you would need a whole lot of information from the actual tickets. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>rdgrnr, you don&#x27;t understand. In such arrangement no one holds the money, but people sign up for a group and pick the numbers and are considered officially a group. In case the group wins, all the precidures by deviding the money among the group memebers are done properly by the lottery company. I wish such site existed.</p>]]></description>
