We have a promotion for Nov, spend 10$ at 1 time and get a free ticket. I really think they do it so they can get the taxes.

The Indiana lottery gave away 500 free tickets yesterday at 6 a.m....I'm thinking this is a good way to help your state win.....especially since they've had the most powerball winners since it's inception (38).....Wish they'd do that here in N.C. but we don't give out anything other than free parking tickets, free speeding tickets, we'll give you a free raise on your property taxes, yadda yadda yadda
