The system can take more, but the way it counts live simultaneous users starts to buckle after a while. What ends up happening is the system resets the counter back to zero when it runs out of memory and it has to start building up again, so there are actually quite a few more simultaneous users than the counter shows. There will probably be a few hundred thousand simultaneous visitors around 11, with maybe a million or so visiting overall.

I say no for two reasons.

1) the jackpot is smaller

2) i dont know if todds system can withstand greater than 25,867 people.
