There are many Excel users and VB programmers here but they are working on their own ideas. If any one is interested in having their ideas worked on, it's better to learn how to do it themselves and that takes time.

For programs you can google your way. There are surely more than hundred programs out there. It isn't only about analysing, but also combining, filtering, budgetting, printing and so on. Just pick any to start with

Yes. With draws browken down into columns in a database table. I can easily add new draws and update front end data with fresh stats. I know the data sets I have are basic at the moment. However, I'm looking to expand on that. As seasoned lotto people, I was hopeful that there would be ideas out there for stats that one would like to see. In poker you place blinds to get cards. Translated this means that you don't know which two cards you will get.

Your charts are still basic and those can be found in several programs. Also you made no conclusion, you didn't decide what to play. You have no strategy. All you did was making charts that are as old as the moon. If you check out all the lottery freeware, you will find many more ideas fully developed.

Wish I wasn't a newbie so you could see the site I've been working on (can't post a link according to the site rules). For my base games, I have Powerball, FL Lotto, and Megamoney up and running. It pulls down the new numbers automatically and updates the base statistics for each game. I designed the framework so new games can be added with only a few hours of work (the site pulls in all of the historical data and crunches the numbers). Very nice concept. I am just starting to work on it in Liberty Basic.

My thoughts are using your current table by lotto number and comparing the value to the out of each number.

ie if lotto number 1 is currently 3 games out, it would have a value of 3.

I suspect if you track the results of each draw using the subject table, as fixed tabled values, you will end up with a low-high distribution when sorted.

Taking it further, here are the outs that hit with a zero day out for the month of October. This further supports the 46% chance of a zero day out occuring again (based on statistics). I wonder how this data would compare with common pairs.

Oh... I just copied that from SSMS. Got tired of working in Excel so I moved to SQL. Easier to work with the data that way.

Working off of Florida's Fantasy 5... Had high hopes for this data set but it doesn't look all that useful. The num column is just the ball number. The other columns are how often the number was out before being picked again. So like the number 2 row most commonly hits after only 1 day out. The whole data set only includes the year 2012 data. The last four years of data, all together, didn't look like much to work off of.
