			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m fairly sure the digit filter counts the number of digits and not just numbers. So the number 11 would count as two 1 digits, 10 would count as one 1 digit, that&#x27;s where you get your digit value of 3 that you set. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well since I&#x27;m not in the Lottoguys Forum I wanted to ask anyone here who might be able to answer the following question:<br /><br />The winning New Jersey 5/40 drawing on 11/28/2012 was 10-19-30-31-38<br /><br />I set the Digit Min/Max filters to the winning filter settings.
