The barcode numbers have to match the numbers to the lottery headquarter's mainframe. The only way to acheive such a feat would be to hack into the computer and change the serial numbers.

I know a guy, he uses 5 squares of toilet paper and special glue for making his special lottery tickets.

I thought they curled up cause they are closer to the core and stay on the roll longer.

in order to counterfit a winning lottery ticket, you need to know what the bar code on the winning ticket looks like. If you don't know what the bar code on the winning ticket looks like, it would be pointless because the lottery officials will scan the ticket and see it is fake.

The paper is very special, it's especially cheap.

I especially like the way the tickets all curl up, at the end of the paper roll.

Even if you could it would,nt work. you would have to know details that only the lottery ppl. know.

Things like time and date of sale among others.

and yes I think the paper is special, but not sure how.

I wonder if there were cases of counterfit lottery tickets before and if it is a lot easier to do, than counterfit money? is lottery ticket protected by water marks and such
