Say, someone discovered that they create special formula and balls come out fallowing it, so they know combinations ahead of time and keep the list at the vault. on odd numbered days they take out 3 even balls, On even numbered days they take out 3 oddballs.

On full moons, they take out 10 balls, just random.

At the end of the month only the balls with sixes are removed.

If the inspectors family doesn't feel like winning that day, they just take out the balls with sevens, fours and twos.

If the inspector gets a haircut that day, the take out all the balls with zeros.

The only way to insure there is no fraud, is to assign each ball a private body guard.

Does veeryone believe that during every lottery game every single ball is present. What are the ways to insure there is not fraud? Showing game on TV is not aproof , rather opposite, because vedoe can show you anything in a world you want to see as true.
