I don't think they will stop making the dollar scratchers because their probably hoping the $1 scratcher player will get hooked and move up the ladder

and start playing higher priced tickets. start at $1 and the next thing you know your a $20 ticket player

They make nice gifts but the hardcore players know the $5 10 20 scratchers have the best payoff. Would'nt be surprised if they stop making $1 tics.

It seems there are less and less $1 Illinois scratchers to pick from.

Before Northstar took over if a game was Fabulous 5's, you won something if you matched a 5 but all the non matching numbers weres single digits. Now on the same kind of game - like 9s In A Line - there's double digits.

They've added Extra Shot to Lotto, making it a $2 ticket if you play the Extra Shot, and EzMatch to Lucky Day Lotto.

Seems like they're trying to make everything a $2 play.
