When Illinois has a 2nd Chance contest it takes $30 in losers to get one entry. You can send them in, which is a pain as every ticket has to have name, address and phone number on the back, or log them in online on the website.

It's a lot wasier just to get a $20 scratcher or three $10s or an advanced play draw game ticket and do it.
