			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi laverne! The way I do it is to first search what the hottest digit is. In NY it was number 2 when searched and posted on my Just the Facts thread. I do this every 6 months at the least. So if 2 is our hottest number then 2 with 0 through 9 would be our hottest pairs. Of course you could also search each pair individually which, if you have the time, is a smart thing to do. But in a crunch I always go with the hottest digit. Next I searched 20,21,22,23 etc and found number 4 came up most with</p>]]></description>
