			<description><![CDATA[<p>In my opinion the rating system is somewhat broken or at best confusing.<br /><br />On the main forum page you can click on the stars box for the thread and a box opens showing who rated what.<br /><br />On the thread page, what ever star you hover over when you click the box expecting it to open to accept your vote, turns out to be your vote. I&#x27;ve had a couple of people pm me saying they didn&#x27;t intend to vote 1 or 2 for my book thread and not even Todd (at the time) could fix it.<br /><br />And yes, if someon... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/254122/2822712">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
