Since Powerball went from $1 to $2 (or $3) state lotteries have kept coming up with ways of turning $1 tickets into $2 tickets.

Illinois has added EZmatch to Lucky Day Lotto ( top prize is $500, odds againt over 210,000:1, better to throw an extra buck at the original game itself) and Extra Shot to the lotto. Both are sucker bets.

Cool. Thanks for input. I was in fla and saw it on their playslip and thought I'd ask about it on here. I saw odds was 1 in 38. Thanks

When I went home, I played that 1 off game and it is more like a sucker bet because you pay the same amount for it as you do the regular play. I think I won 5 or 10.00 1 time. I was very disappointed so I went back to regular play. Why should you pay 20.00 to win 5.00?

My regular daily play was 20 dollars.

I live in Florida and in my opinion,

they are a bad investment .

For example

you play 912 and 192 comes in. you get zero, zilch nada .

No one I know ever plays them .

If you find a way to make a profit playing them, Id sure like to know what it is ..
