It is my understanding that you can't own a set of official lottery balls.

There are lottery related supply's on the internet do a goggle search.

You can always buy a set of ping pong balls and paint the numbers on or use a magic marker.

Probably from the same business that sells the ping pong balls to the lotteries or Bingo operators. I believe Wal Mart sells ping pong balls and the container has the name of the manufacture.

I would imagine from the same companies the lotteries purchase them from every year.. I don't know if they have policies against selling to individuals with no ties to lottery games, but it doesn't hurt to give it a shot. Without all of the expensive machines though, I am not so sure how this will help you in your number selection.
