The odds for all games are 1:2. You win or you don't. IMO, odds are a gimmick.

Ohio Super Lotto was a 6/49+1 game and now Ohio Classic Lotto is a 6/49 game and 5of6 in both games only paid $1500. OSL paid $5000 as I remembered for a 5of6 +1. Sounds like Dallas has no reason to be jealous of what Ohio has if they have Hot Lotto.

Hot Lotto which has odds lower than most states 6/49 game. Oklahoma has Hot Lotto.

The second prize for the HotLotto is $10,000 and if sizzled it triples to $30,000. Most 6/49 state lotto games second prize is usually under $5,000.

HiFi- You not looking at the Big picture- if you look at the winners of the MM even 2nd place, its not always California.You have to combine all the other States in the play as well and then you see that california on balance does just as well as the others. RC5 starts out at $100K and is usually won at about $125K to $200K but everyone once in a while it goes several days without a hit and exceeds $350K and that's when I usually switch from playing MM and OCL.

Yes, it's a 5/39 game with odds of 1:575,757 of winning the jackpot.

I played 20 lines yesterday and match2 twice for $2 and match3 once for $10, so it will only cost $8 to try the same thing again today. I'm testing my MM strategy for when MM is worth playing again.

Good! It was going to be a toss up whether to play MegaMillions at $40M+ with odds of 1:175M or Ohio's Classic Lotto at $23.8M with odds of 1:14M. Now it's a no brainer.
