Strange dream please help

Had a dream that one of my school mates mother called me out of the blue crying asking me if her daughter(Vicki) could come and stay with me for awhile. I ask her what was wrong with Vicki(wondering why her mother called me and not Vicki herself) and she said she wanted Vicki to finish college that she was doing so well but she had to get her away from some controlling friends(drugs). I gave her my address(5752) and almost immediately they turned in my driveway.
