			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hmm... being a place like NY. i will most likely have to check those Convenient-Stores = Gas stations that are like in the middle of nowhere, where a lot of high ways and express ways are.. these type of tickets u never find in the Bodega ran by the Arab-Money type of fellas.. i heard the newsstand up there somewhere in the City have lucky pulls. but i will never know until i waste my $ looking for the golden ticket. i have a gut feeling, perhaps going towards upstate driving, those Truck stops,... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/254800/2849989">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

My understanding is that this is true for most states, though there may be a few that do cap your winnings. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>In NY you have that on scratchers but not on a draw game that I am aware of. The $10 scrather is $5000 a week for life, $20 is 10k a week for life, $30 is 1 mill a year for life.<br /><br />Here in AZ we have a Weekly Winnings draw game that is 1k a week for a year tax free or 52k lump sum tax free.<br /><br />I like your scratchers better than ours though. Biggest prize on a scratcher is 625k (1 mill for 20 years option</p>]]></description>
