how about an end of year raffle, where all the losing tickets people have purchased. well ok all th tickets pople have perchased have a chance?

would also save on litter. maybe a 5c entry cost from the prize pool, per ticket. snd make it something where ALL the prize money goes to prizes. and lots of small ish ones and a few dozen $1 mill prizes.

If you have a 401K, look at the ups and downs it goes through, based on the Stock markets gains and loses and what you have allocated your investments. It's a gamble that require you to invest greater funds to make more.

I dont remember when but way over 10 years ago,little lotto in Illinois had only 30 numbers for like 2 years and could have a payout of 200$ if you hit 4 out of 5 numbers..Now is 39 numbers and the payout of hitting 4 numbers is 100$... SCAM.

This world is controlled by these rich scammers.

You can't be a lottery owner but you can be a lottery winner if you continue to play. If every time you win, no matter how small the amount, you gave it away you could become an example for others and maybe even a big winner to give all their lottery winnings away.

Bob, you're not the only one thinking that way, some of my family members have suggested the same thing and to correct the situation they suggest I send all my lottery money to them instead and they will waste it for me. They also suggest I limit the amounts I send them to $12,000 a year thus saving me and them from paying gift taxes on it.
