I have hit few times whenever the days last drawn have been 199, 299.

It wouldnt surprise me if they tossed out 127 another time

my only basis for this is a re-occuring pair each week in mondays midday 4 that has been affecting the next weekend.

The third digit to that pair has had a tendency to be to the left of the pair area(in yellow)
