Illinois...found a screaming anomaly using your own state from April 2011....let's just hope the trend stays true.The mid4 has been holding the key to a hit(and a str8 one at that) for the past 3 weeks.

The third digit to the winning pair is above or below the highlighted pairs for each week

If you lack for plays then 70 pair might do it.To be more specific,..

They are called Mirror States; for they draw part or whole numbers of another state regardless of geography, just like a Mirror Image.

Each state can be a Leader and get the number drawn first, or a Follower and get the same number later, but even if they do not play by the rules all the time; it is a concept that can be used to narrow your Play List; which is good news for the wallet
