Their is no need for a Pool of 3000 people . All it takes is the right System/Method to reduce the lines Produced down from 2000 or so lines to about 7 to 15 lines to play .

In Power Ball there are 175.223.510 possibilities. A pool of people can win huge jack pot, say, 500.000.000, then there is not much to share, if pool is huge. Pool needs to have 100.000 people each buying about 176 tickets. $500 per person in this pool, if no one else won. If one person pays that much money to buy tickets with all the possibilities, then he'd more than double his money, unless there are other peope who matched the numbers! u could do the same thing in powerball but why if u would make less than what u spent....i hit 500 on a qp for ny take 5 3 times in the past year just as good trying qp to win it all then this crazy idea lol

Top win in Fantasy 5 is very much achievable. All that's needed is about 3000 people in a pool each buying 130 tickets, and using up all the possible combinations, 376992 of them. However, the top price will be lower than the collective spending.
