Communism or Socialism will never work for both philosophies go against the very nature of us humans. We want to own things. We want to have control over our land, our gold/silver, and our actions. Marxists wish to remove that control. They want that power for themselves. Thus, there should be no lottery in such society. However, in pre-communism society, during socialism, lottery existed. Anyone wonders why it was not made illegal? I guess government still needed a milking caw of cash.
