Communism or Socialism will never work for both philosophies go against the very nature of us humans. We want to own things. We want to have control over our land, our gold/silver, and our actions. Marxists wish to remove that control. They want that power for themselves. That is why marxists must remove the ability of the individual to fight back.

What does Norway have to do with comminism?

Granted it's a Scandanavian nanny-state, but it's not communist.

In Norway at some jobs they have free lottery, where employes who walks to work, thus saving ecology, staying healthy and releasing traffic, do enter and there is price each week for whomever won: a bottle of wine, set of food, other interesting things. Cute.

Commuism sounds good on paper but loses a whole lot in the actual practice.

It comes down to Them and us , them being the impovrished workers and us being the rulers.

Commies hate property ownership in any form, cars, houses, businesses, etc.... unldess of course there's property owned by high ranking party members.

After 53 years in Cuba ( Castro ) Socialist Comunist never allowed lottery games or casinos.Why?The smart guy and world heroe said it's evil from the Capitalism and the Empire (USA).He is so nice with his people, everybody there have Obamacare and Education,the rest is not so important.Do you want more ? People should know when taxman or government went too far, it's when law abiding becomes foolish.

Modern Russia's money is oil money. That simple. Also, if one forgets about improving their citizens lives, keeping social services at a bear minimum, you won't believe how fast all the money will concentrate among elite. We are close to achieving #3 with the Death Tax. Of course it must not be double taxation when you pay taxes on your earnings as you grow your wealth, but then the govt takes another fair share and taxes you when you die.

I'm speculating here of course, but those millioniares may have moved money out of their countries same way our home grown millionaires do,

offshore banks, after all they control their lawmakers too, or should I say they are one and the same

In Vegas we constantly marvel but still welcome the multi millioneres incoming from post (USSR) exisisting (China) comminist controlled economies.

Sure they lose @ the losing deals like everyone else but how were they able to win or a mas extract such large amounts of disposable $$$ out of the State controlled Gulags ???

During communism ( which was never achieved in history), all the goods are divided among citizens for free, there is no money. Thus, there should be no lottery in such society. However, in pre-communism society, during socialism, lottery existed. Anyone wonders why it was not made illegal? I guess government still needed a milking caw of cash.
