Right click on your sheet name at the bottom. Select Move/Copy. Select New Book from the dropdown for To Book . Should keep all formatting. Should be the same as copying though, so like others suggested you might have an invalid link somewhere.

Find and replace the not working functions, save as Excel 2010 workbook with a new name. If you have addons, switch them all off first. Check your settings.

Send your file to someone to get it checked.

you have some references to the workbook. look for and delete or change these references.

When i copy it i need the old workbook to use the formula's i copied... if i delete the old workbook the copied version does not work.

not sure where =... would be placed to copy whole worksheet

Can anyone tell me how I can transfer data from one work book to another where it keeps all its functions still working regardless if the old workbook still exsists after transfering data
