Although I'm more of a dog lover, I have had cats in the past...This photo reminds me of RoseBud, my cat who passed away 2 years ago at the age of 13...She was such a smart cat. I kept her cat food in a cabinet under my kitchen sink. She was so used to me feeding her when i woke up each morning, that when she'd hear my alarm clock sound off, she'd run to the kitchen and paw open the cabinet door to the cat food and sit there and wait for me...No Lie

So sorry for your loss. I lost my father in may and 2 weeks later we had to put his dog down. He stayed by my dads side the whole time he was sick. I know Pooh died of a broken heart.

So very sorry to hear about your loss....i can't imagine life without my precious baby, Teddy (seen in avatar)....

I love dogs. They are such loyal companions and love unconditionally. I hope you can hopefully find some comfort in knowing you helped give him a good and long life full of being loved and taken care of. I just wish everyone would care for their animals as much as you (and other animal lovers) do. ..so very sorry but thanks for sharing....Take care.

Sorry to hear about your dog man; I know how you feel. My girlfriend's dog was hit by a car 3 months ago. Dogs will always be the most loyal pets. Before Christmas we bought another Pitbull puppy ( we named him Razor ).

I know that some things in life are irreplaceable but, time is a healer and I'm sure you'll find another Reagan that will bring back the smile on your face.

Sorry for your loss. I know it's hard.

It's always hard to lose a friend or family member and that's what they are to us.

And you'll never have a better, more loyal friend than a dog.

The good part is that you'll see him again though.
